About Jeni Magana
Brighton, MA
I'm a singer/songwriter, bassist, and vocalist based in New York city.
I am a permanent member of the band The Polaroid Truth and can be heard doing lead vocals, harmonies, and bass on the album Last Day As Children.
I went on the road and played several shows with Dropkick Murphys. I also played string parts on their newest album, The Meanest of Times.
I play regularly with Keppie Coutts and can be heard doing backing vocals and upright bass on her album, set for release early next year. I have toured and played with singer/songwriter Will Knox and can also be heard on his EP Buckled Knees (bass, piano, backing vocals).
I also play with Gina Cimmelli, check out some of our upcoming shows!
I have also made appearances with/played on recordings for up and coming musicians such as Sydney Wayser, Parisa Roohipour, Blind Kae, Ayo Awosika, Allison Piccioni, Dylan Galvin, Southbound Underground, Dearest Pinky, Jeff Fettig, and Lauren Flaherty.
I've also played with several symphony orchestras in California and Massachusettes and done pit work for several musicals.
