Ayerro! It's ya BX Boy, "J-HU$TLE"!! Welcome to my OURSTAGE page. You can listen, download & share the newest J-HU$TLE music right here. If you wanna know a lil' bout me..... just check out my music.lol. Nah, just playin' I was born & raised in the northeast Bronx ( Gun Hill - Burke Ave area), seen the crazy 80's as a youth growing up in a community being ravaged by crack/cocaine, I wilded out with my homeboys as a teen during them grimey 90's. That was also the time I developed a passion for Hip Hop culture, especially m.cing. I was active in battle scene when I attended the H.S. Of Art & Design as well as apart of different rap crew/groups. My attention to rap took away from my attention in class and eventually led to me dropping out of High School in the 11th grade. With tons of material recorded but no luck in securing a record deal, by 2001 I decided to enlist in the NAVY where I served for 6 years, did 2 deployments overseas during The War In Iraq, unfortunately I was other than honorably discharged due to popping on a piss test for THC(yunnno that oohwee!lol). Under pressure, I went UA (unauthorized absence) for nearly 5 months, that was a time in my life I damn near lost everything from my father passing right before x-mas to my apartment and everything I worked hard for. Despite having a warrant out for my arrest from Uncle Sam I stayed low and recorded the first few songs that would eventually end up being on my 1st mixtape, "My Life Iz Ya Ent" Hosted by DJ Warrior. After some good advice from family and friends I turned myself in to face my mistakes, the NAVY restricted me to the base for about 20 days, took a couple of gees out my paycheck and kicked me out back into the civilian world as they called it. That was a blessing in desguise, because now I was able to concentrate more on music and my words took on a more powerful meaning to me because I focused more on rapping about J-HU$TLE the guy who went from Burke Ave to Iraq to Hollywood as opposed to mimicking what the hottest rapper of the moment is doing. With me it's always been about trendsetting and being at the forefront of this rapgame especially coming from the Boogie Down BX. I don't wanna talk ya ear off, I'll just let my music speak for itself. Check out www.myspace.com/jhustle665 for more music & updates. Producers/DJ's hit me up at justhustleent@gmail.com
