Press Release The TRANSITION of a Man. A life journal…a series of events all put to music. Detroit, MI, May 26, 2009: JLEEB, Jeron Howie is an entertainer. Originally from Concord, NC, JLEEB a self-proclaimed fine-arts favorite has now expanded his efforts by migrating to the Detroit area to pursue his career further. The music style is eclectic, a mixture of pop-rap, R & B, pop and hip-hop with a rock element, something for everyone. JLEEB just finished recording his new album – Jeron’s Journal Volume 1; Transition. He is really happy with the way it turned out; it was a journey that was two years in the making as a follow-up to his 2007 album release Zodiac. Now that it’s finished he is ready to share his musical journey with everyone. The album is available for pre-order now and will be released June 7, 2009. You can go to www.myspace.com/infamousjleeb and sample some of the tracks. If you like what you hear, you can order through the PayPal link right on the page. The album consists of 22 tracks including an introduction featuring a futuristic voice introduction of JLEEB to the listener; you will have to check it out. JLEEB first started as JLibra, the combination of his initial and zodiac sign. From there became JLEEB, what his fans started calling him and what he decided to take as a stage name. JLEEB considers his style of music to be conversational…what he means is his songs are his way of speaking to you, telling his story, how he feels and sees the situation. JLEEB doesn’t deem it necessary to be like everyone else in the music industry. If everyone in the world were the same the world would be boring, everyone in the world is different that’s what makes JLEEB interesting. There are some events in the works for JLEEB; right now the main focus is promotion of TRANSITION and getting it out to the listeners. The album featured a guest appearance by Blaze Waheed courtesy of Fresh Cutz Entertainment. Other than Blaze’s appearance the album was 100% solo, from writing, recording and producing. For booking/studio information you can contact JLEEB-Jeron Howie at jrh_nc@yahoo.com. Again, you can sample his album at www.myspace.com/infamousjleeb.
