Recording since the age of 12 Tiffany J. Cotton has been one of Chicago's well kept secrets submerged in Hip-Hop, Gospel, Baroque, Classical, Rock, and R&B music. Tiffany J. Cotton better known as TCotton has stitched together a sound of her own. Through her youth, surrounded by such artists such as Do or Die, 22 of 22Baseline Records, 2 Die 4, Konquest Music, Young Ace, and the list goes on. Destined for stardum since day one her ambition and determination began to materialize while performing in school plays and winning talent shows. She thought to herself, "Why am I singing other peoples songs? I think I would feel it more if I wrote my own." She began teaching herself and taking up classes on how to write since sixteen and has been honing ever since. This carried off into graduation and into College, where she attended Columbia College (Chicago) to study the business of music. Also taking up a minor in acting. She felt the more educated she was on what she loved to do the better she would be in her aims to be a world-wide conglomerate. Unigue in her concepts and delivery, her songs are unconventional, yet universally appealing in its pop offerings (infectious hooks are plenty) with arrangements that are challenging and some that are traditional. Her rich vocals and non-rudimentary lyrics cause a black whole effect to the ears. Sucking you into her world. Now she is ready to walk through the door and shine.
Kapitol Kash:
My talents have led me to performances at numerous venues such as Medgar Evers College, for a comedy talent show sponsored by BET, a talent show at Brooklyn's "The Lab", and a show at Manhattan's Supper Club while it was still open. With the release of "2 Sidez 2 Da Game", Clyde pushed his own album. Within the first two weeks, Clyde along with new rap partner G-Figz, sold 60 copies of the album. After a long hiatus, the artist formerly known as Killa Kash is back as Kapitol Kash with a full arsenal of material for all ages and groups to enjoy. With his gift of word play ,easy on the ear flows,intelligent lyrics and great display of confidence on every track. He will prove that he is the great artist he claims to be.
E-Dilla Logik-Ill:
As Far as the craft of writing rhymes, E-Dilla began writing in 1997. Never really chasing stardom, He continued to write and freestyle with peers, while hanging around the way. In 1998, the name E-Dilla was given to him, by members of the group that brought him in. The A.U.T.I. Click. In 2002 E-Dilla was giving another name when he began making beats, Logik. Around the same time he started thinking about taking his gifts a little more serious. So, that in mind He began putting songs together and going to the studio, getting used to the recording process. When 2008 came around E-Dilla decided to wait no longer. The love for music and lyrics guided him to beginning the path of the industry.
Posting music on various online sites, including Rap Artist Review. E-Dilla was given and honorable mention along with its bi-weekly top 10 unsigned online artists. Also Ourstage.com , Sound Click.com, Etc are places He posted music and the responses were stellar. Since He has began writing in “97”, there is so much material to look forward to and to use as a ghost writer. Not to mention the level of gifted talent He brings to the table today. With various skills and ideas, E-Dilla has started his first entertainment company named 3rd Eye Neva Blind. With the likes of T.Kahton & Kapitol Ka$h. This is a move that has been highly applauded , seeing how E-Dilla and Co. want to bring a certain kind of music with a lyrical foundation, unique concepts, endless creativity, and an overall love for music.
