Born and raised on the outskirts of a small metropolis called New York, KAL combines arresting melodies, catchy guitar riffs, and a distinct voice to make the sound that is KAL. His debut album BASEMENT LOVE EXPERIENCE is “like putting new shoelaces on a favorite pair of old sneakers”. It's old school and today school: You’ll hear echoes of Jimi Hendrix, Van Morrison, The Police and others as KAL unfolds and embellishes on his trademark sound.
