This self-taught songwriter started young, finding catharsis in performance and musical experimentation. When she wasn’t staying home from school to record music videos, she was playing talent shows and churches in the greater Boston area. She found her world-wide success in later years on platforms like YouTube, producing cover songs, as well as original work. In particular, her cover of Young the Giant’s “Mr. Know-It-All” made waves on Reddit in 2016 and since then Kerrin has been steadily coming into her own as a writer.   Influenced by artists like Julia Nunes, Mike Viola, and Jonathan Coulton (and fortified by the melodrama of the emo 2000’s), Connolly crafts music that cuts - but in a light-hearted sort of way. She revels in geekery, the supernatural, and exploring what inanimate objects might say if they had the chance. Multitalented and stubborn by necessity, she produces all of her creative work herself, but she remains humbled by a tight-knit and dedicated community of fellow nerds.    Her self-produced debut album “Almost” is out now!
