Rap duo branching out of Detroit was formed in 2008 by Kevin Walker and William Barney. The two met while working in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area where both attend school. Unknown to each of them at the time was the musical talents lurking within. One week, Kevin came across some musical gear which he wanted to try out and record with. After recording, he realized he manifested a natural talent and gift for producing. Known to him that Will rapped, he suggested Will come by his crib and record sometimes. Will obliged and this was the beginning of Fresh 2 Def. Kevin then began working towards a better sound to perfect their craft and thus became the start of Galactic Multimedia Productions, which hosts a sound that is out of this world! Working by day and grinding by night, Will and Kevin strive for success in the music industry and have progressed very rapidly in a very short amount of time. They have performed everywhere from the 14th Annual African American Festival in Ann Arbor, Michigan, to the Showtime Showcase in Nashville, Tennessee, and even the 6th and 7th Annual Motor City Step Show in Detroit, Michigan which featured Yung Joc and the Yin Yang Twins. Set to have a mixtape titled "Two Sides To Every Story" drop mid 2010, they have made their presence known in the world of music.
