At age 18 he started jotting down his own rhymes for fun & the response of his peers. By 19 Keleze linked up with Tight Ent.and Milwaukee’s local sensation Big Mek, Big Mek pushed Keleze to take his talent to the next level. Keleze’s first EP titled “A Dropfest Exclusive” which was released at the biggest car show in Wisconsin where he pushed over 500 copies in a two day span.
During this time Keleze had transitioned to Green Bay ,WI where he was immediately accepted by the eager Northeast Wisconsin hip-hop community. With his experience in marketing and being in the local music scene in Milwaukee, he took his grind to the next level and locked in the radio intro for the hottest D.J (Haze) from the hip-hop station WILD 99.7.DJ Haze also made it possible for Keleze to have intros for the other D.J’s as well. Soon after Keleze was hired by Wild as a Personality and the “go to guy” for any hip-hop related promos or spots that the station needed. Keleze also has done promos for 95.9 KISS FM, & Power 105 in New York.
At this time Keleze launched his I.O.N Entertainment imprint where he hosted hip-hop shows weekly and performed throughout Northeast WI. King Keleze has opened for Ludacris, Bubba Sparks, Chingy, Huey, Cassidy, Ying Yang Twins, Do Or Die, Cash Money, Ray Nitti, Coo Coo Cal & Baby Dru. Keleze recorded his lp titled “This Is What They Want” while still marketing shows and working in radio. Later he linked up with upcoming producer Lance(Pee Wee) Arnold C.E.O of On Da Right Trak Productions. Keleze has collaborated with Avon Barksdale(A.B),Speakeasy, K-Matic, Rozay Rell, Hustmack, G.B, Lump G, Yolks, Iszy & R&B sensation DeVante and a list of many more.
King Keleze is currently working on his first mixtape titled "Trainin' Kamp" hosted by Wisconsins own DJPAIN1 set to release on Nov 4th. King Keleze will continue to be relevant as long as his focus remains on speaking the truth and sharing his life over instrumentals. His goal is to be the "BEST TO EVER DO IT" !!
