i am a native new yorker and i reside in the metropolitan area of the bronx. i am a native new yorker and i reside in the metropolitan area of the bronx. I am 56 years of age and have 4 children who of course are allgrown and on their own. some are in the music industry. i am blessed by god to have a talent that i enjoy using every opportunity that is available to me. i began my music career in south carolina by the railroad tracks with many old timers who only instrument was a guitar and a harmonica and a washboard. I have had the privilege of meeting and getting singing tips from many of the greatest singers; just to name a few Ella Fitzgerald, Dinah Washington, Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Chuck Jackson, Sarah Vaughn, and many more. i got these tips from cleaning up their dressing rooms when they came to the apollo in harlem and it paid off. i take my music at heart and when i perform i give it my all and all. i have appeared of channel 68(In the neighborhood) i have performed at the Bronx Museum of arts; I have performed at many churches: The Garden of Prayer Cathedral COGIC under the leadership of the late Bishop William James Robinson; I have performed at Friendly Baptist Church; I performed at the Apollo;i have also performed at the Elbow Club in the village; Yours And Ours in the Bronx and many many more arenas. I have never performed anywhere and not been asked to come again. like I said I take my music to heart. I also have over 100 songs that I wrote and copyrighted and most of these I sing and play keyboards(self taught). I also delve into the field of law especially Civil Rights and Constitutional Laws. I am also somewhat knowledgeable in Criminal and Torts actions at law. I have and am currently the president of my tenants association, I am an ordained minister of music; and i am quite active in community affairs. i also hold bible classes in my home every other thursday. As you can see i am quite active and busy for i beleive that an "Idle Mind is the devils playground. I am what you would call a"Jack" of all trades.
