The band has roots extending back several years to late 2006 when Guitarist Brett Sheppard teamed up with drummer Andy Parr to start a new alternative project. The two had a similar vision in mind; producing a new mainstream sound, but with classic "pop punk" roots stemming from the sounds of Blink-182, Brand New, and Taking Back Sunday. Brett and Andy both had carried a prior musical background together. Although the project was short-lived, the bonds forged between the two musicians would prove unbreakable. They split ways for a period of time, but would soon come to work together again.
During summer 2009, Andy set out to start a new all-out project. He enlisted the assistance of Brett once more and after auditioning several people on different instruments, a new band has formed. All were agreed one thing; creating a sound that provided listeners with a new experience, and passing along a passion to as many fans as they could reach.
Shortly after forming, the band recorded their freshmen EP, "The Late Night" and have now entered further session work to begin writing and producing their next EP, "Life of the Party". With writing nearing completion, the band is ready to enter the studio and begin sharing the experience with everyone and anyone.
