Justin Paul Jackson, born August 25, 1989. Justin grew up in the deprived Northside community of Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a child he came to love the written word in the form of poetry and short stories his mother exposed him to different sounds of many Genre’s played in his family’s home. It was at the age of nine that he discovered his gift for combining poetry and music and after listening and studying some of the Greats of HipHop such as Tupac, Notorious B.I.G., Nas, and Jay-Z he developed and cultivated his own style in the “Art of Emceeing.” For a young boy a dream and a career was decided and “LayLo Junior” the Emcee was born. His father was once an aspiring HipHop artist, who had recorded and performed through out the Tulsa Area, He provided Junior with vocal and breathing techniques, training and perfecting his delivery and helped produced LayLo Junior.’s first release “Armageddon Mixtape.” Laylo Junior. can be heard performing at local shows/parties in Oklahoma and can be contacted via PC on myspace.com/laylojunioronline. He is currently working on his second soon-to-be released CD, which he hopes will bring him more recognition as a true artist even at the young age of seventeen. He is serious about his music and spends long hours each day in the studio working to create the world’s next greatest sounds. Being a young artist, LayLo Junior, aspires to reach a wide range of different ages and expand his fan base further and hopes to continue his career while attending college. He has dreams of recording with a Major label and actually performing songs with those who influenced him to embark on this journey to reach “musical greatness” such as Lil’ Wayne, Chamillionaire, and T.I. He believes that he can bring a new flavor to the industry with his determination to tell the uncut version of the TRUTH as never heard before while relaxing your mind with the soothing tones of his voice.
