The Revolutionary Swagga Man is the new voice of southern hip hop. He first made music with his ace Richie Rich and his cousin Low Key. The young lyricist was nick named, Lil Strap, by older members of his close kept circle, declaring that he was to be the best rapper in southern America. In 2005, Strap began work on his 3G Mixtapes. He recorded the entire first edition in his fathers living room, using a set of headphones for a microphone. Every day after school while his dad was at work, Strap would work on the mixtapes secretly. For about a year, Strap kept his music private, fearing his parents would find out about certain activities he participated in because he rapped about just that. In 2006, Lil Strap was now 16 years old and an adult by his own standards. He and His brother, C Money, purchased a microphone, a keyboard and other equipment and set up a home studio. The 3G Mixtapes remained Strap's main project ever since! Learn more about strap at www.myspace.com/lilstrapland
