Antwain Humphrey aka Lil' Twizze is a young, hungry, and inspired rap artist/producer/and engineer in North Carolina. He was born July 12, 1985 in Memphis, Tennessee. Twizze began practicing his gift at the early age of five, free-styling around family members. He was influenced by other Memphis rappers such as Eightball & MJG, Playa Fly, Three Six Mafia. He also listened to other famous rappers: 2pac, Biggie, Too short, UGK and Ghetto, Boys. Twizze lived in Memphis until he was about 10 years old before moving to Durham, North Carolina, better known as Bull City. At the age of 16, Twizze started taking his music serious and making his own beats, writing his own songs, and recording his own music. Soon after, he and a few close friends teamed up and formed the clique Bull City Soldiers (B.C.S.). Lil' Twizze and the other members of B.C.S. later linked up with SEC 9, a group formed by other high school friends, and performed together at various shows, and open mic events. Even though Lil' Twizze moved to North Carolina, he still pocesses his Tennessee swag. This distinctive sound sets him aside from the rest and has led him to win several open mic and talent contests. His most recent victory, The Source 09 Southern City Showcase, presented by QPExposure and The Source Independent Hip-Hop Network, landed him the title of one of the hottest upcoming artist in the southern cities. His current influences are Yo Gotti,T.I.and Gucci Mane but his favorite rapper has always been himself. Lil' Twizze is taking this industry by storm and is destined to be great!
