We are not just acting when we call ourselves a Christian band, we are Christian men longing to do our part in shaking the world for Jesus Christ," says lead vocalist Matt Seagle. Living Anthem consisting of Matt Seagle, Lucas Budde, Cory Estes, Tim Englett, and Toby Holloman have been together since Oct. 2003. In 2005, Living Anthem released their first full-length album titled "Waiting for you". Later in 2005, the band recorded a 4-track demo in Nashville, which gained attention from some major Christian labels. Their newest album is self titled "Living Anthem" and was released in early 2009. It is available on-line as well.
These young men have performed at some of Christian music's largest festivals including Ichthus and Atlanta Fest many times. In 2008, the band led worship on the main stage twice. They have traveled from New York City to Orlando FL, and as far west as Kansas City, and have kept a busy schedule in the southeast. Their heart has remained the same, to serve. "Living anthem is refreshingly good, and have a heart for worship," says Family Force Five lead vocalist, Soul Glow Activator. They have performed for crowds ranging from eight to eight thousand, but their performance remains to an audience of one.
