L’MIGUE ”Uno En Un Millon” Miguel Angel Rodriguez Mieles also known as “L Migue” is born on September 26, in Arecibo, PR a big city by the coast on the north side of the island. Ever since he was little he showed his love & passion for music, and his ability to memorize every lyric on a song or every move or step of a performer or artist that he would see on TV. At the tender age of 5yrs old he developed his dancing skills through break dancing, hip hop, and later on salsa which he did to keep his Latin roots. After his parents got divorced in 1989, he moved with his mom and brother to Miami where his interest for music became bigger and learned English as well. after a while moves back to the island and starts to perform in every talent show or block party that he could get to dance or sing ability that he developed in church. Raised in the closes town of Hatillo and Camuy he was brought up in a middle class neighborhood barrio Puente Camuy PR. He would always hang out in the projects where he learned the slang & developed rapping skills by battling local rappers. By the time he was 17 he joined a Latin music group called TMC which was directed by Sammy Garcia a musician from NYC. Opportunity that helped him develop his performing and writing skills and chances to be with a major label Sony Music for 4yrs. After the group separates in 2004 “L Migue” decides to create his own music and teams up with producers Lucky A.O.S & MEIKLASIC and starts to make songs and promoting them in the streets of PR. In 2007 “L Migue” moves to Chicago and continues his search for a better life and opportunities to make his career better as an independent reggaeton artist. Now 2010 fully developed on every area from writing, recording and producing his own music which makes him a complete self made artist. Drops his first single “Quiero” on iTunes and his whole album L Migue ” Uno En Un Millon” His music proposal is not just reggaeton, it also has a blend of rythm such as hip hop, R&B, and pop Spanish and English. His dream is to become successful and to network with big names in the music industry as well as writing and producing for other artists. His ambition aims not only at the Latin market but also the US market as well. His versatility to write and sing in Spanish and English makes this particular artist One In A Million!! Through his music you will find a particular sound and style that’s unique that separates him from the rest.
