He has been rapping for almost ten years now. From been in a group with 4life (GANG OF CHANGE) and now on his own he is still ready for the world. Looney grew up in Gary In. in a small hood called Miller. He came from a single mothers house hold that made less then ten thousands dollars a year . Looney is the oldest of his brother, sister, and two half brothers.
