One of the freshest sounds to come out of Cleveland, Ohio, Malachi3 has finally arrived baring their gifts in songs with melodic soulful energy and fearless sounds.
Each member has had such distinctively different upbringings, but one thing they had in common, is that they all had exceptional gifts discovered at young ages and were taught to have strong Christian values inducing a love for Christ and a love for music.
Malachi3 came together after they found relationship and commonalties with one another through working with the same management agency, JB Productions. Gaining experience working with artist like Myron Davis, Grammy award winning artist Milton Brunson and the Thompson Community Singers (featuring Tori Nelson on the hit single “Real”), and Lyfe Jennings, individually strengthened their gifts and talents on and off stage.
After coming together in late 2005 the group took time preparing their Self-Titled Debut album and developing their sound to finally enter onto the scene in 2007, breaking in a new sound and surprising the city that has since set a new bar in Christian music abroad. The debut album was such a huge hit, Malachi3 was given opportunity to open for artist such as Tye Tribbett and many more.
Although they show great humility, Malachi3 is not afraid to genesis refreshing music that speaks to the heart, consumes the mind and blesses the souls of a nation filled with despair, depression, life and spiritual issues. Now with the recently released sophomore album August 2010, Malachi3 is ready to take ministry and music to the next level through their melodious expressions of the love of Christ.
