Moïse is a Hip Hop music producer born in Senegal, West Africa. He grew up middle class and the African rhythms and percussions have blessed his whole childhood. Then the Breakdance introduced him to hip hop at age 12. It took time to hip hop to step in the African continent. At age 16, he got tired of rapping and singing along American rap hits and started the thing he always kept interest in: beat making. He started making his own beats with the apparition of music production softwares. Now 23, he is the official beatmaker of a hot Senegalese crew named Ilegalsen. Crew members No Name and BF blew up on the local scene thanks to a hip hop competition named “Hip Hop Feeling”. Moïse and No Name went to the same high school thus a collaboration seemed normal. He produced their local smash hits “Thiat Ba Thiat (remix)” and “Illegal Lovers”. That made him meet the musician and reggae/hip hop music super producer Ama Diop who proposed him to work on his imprint: Waliyane Music. That was a unique experience through which he met a lot of Senegalese established artists. He produced for artists such as Keyti, Matador, Maxi Krézy (the track "Profession Emceez" featuring Nectar), Nectar, Mame Xa (the smash hit “Dor Waar”), Gofu. He is currently co-producing the upcoming album of Farafina Mousso with musician/engineer Ama Diop. His other projects include an Ilegalsen album, an album for the hip hop pioneer Docta (Doxandem Squad) and a collaboration with the American artist and “Fame” finalist Moy.
