Only been in the "Music Game", since 2006, I'm a living testimony of a Creative Mind at work. I've always been a HUGE fan of music, but I was too shy to express my hidden talent for singing. I've been a great Creative Writer, as far back as 2nd Grade, winning awards, and recognition for that talent. Among other things, I was an Artist, in everthing except music, until 2006, my senior year in High School. A couple of my friends were Rappers, and some of them knew I could sing and write. So one day they asked if I would help them with a song, at first I swiftly declined, but then I thought to myself that there would never be another chance for me to face my fear of singing head on. Once the microphone jitters were shaken off...A star was born, and his name was Mercilless Muzik. I knew within a month that this was what I was meant to do, and like a light switch being flicked on, all of my talents that I had gathered over my entire life was drowned in MUSIC, from my poems and stories, to my drawings and sculptures, they were all created with music in the background, it dawned on me that music chose me, I didn't choose it. I would describe my style has Unique, I don't like being formed into a BOX, but my style is hip-hop based with a lil Jazz, R&B/Soul, and Poetry all in one big pot stirred around with other music genres I call it Neo-Hip-Soul. I'm a 80's baby, raised in the era of 90's music and I'm very serious about being original and unique, because the music game lacks that quality know a days.
