Metafortae also known as pootie was born in San Bernardino county. After graduating high school unsure of what he wanted to do as a career, found music during the most traumatic experiences of his life. He attended Chaffey college in 2004 for a short period but was forced to drop out because of a fight with his father who also had him arrested. Ontario police found bruises on his father and the 18 year old at the time, who was later released when the fight was considered mutual combat. Getting back on his feet from a few quick jobs, Metafortae began working for himself then later joining the navy. It was there he produced an album for N.S.an Ministry from Pomona called "Eye Of The Beholder" while working on his own "Stand Alone Project" in 2008. He has recorded songs with Du2ce from www.Du2ce.com, M16 and J Corbett. Now after traveling around half the world, Metafortae has learned to engineer and master his own songs from scratch and has put together trippy yet very interesting and full of energy, original masterpieces.
