MON-EL is produced by The Star Connection studios located between San Francisco and Sacramento California. We are excited to bring his unique style to 'OurStage' and the net.
This initial compilation are songs that were inspired by the Activist Energy that was demonstrated around the world, prior to the Iraq war. The Vocals on these songs are author and WWII vet. Howard Zinn (x2), Congressman Dennis Kucinich and Two un-named Congressmen.
They would be best associated with the political music genre.
We will SOON be releasing some of his 'signature' styled songs that caught our attention.
The TSC studio production team wanted to release songs from his library that we believe would have a larger audience, but MON-El wanted to push these first. He beleives that musicians and artists have a responsibility beyond self glorification. These songs are his contribution to those seeking knowledge, concious of their need or not.
He wanted to entertain and expose music lovers to important thoughts, relavant to that state of our communities and the world today.
We are producing his music because we believe in his message. We also believe that MON-EL is an up and coming artist, songwriter, producer, and soon will be forced into the spotlight.
