Moni Rashad is an artist, writer, actress and producer. As the main writer of her debut CD "Flowers in the Ghetto" she is also the executive producer. Her style has been likened to Erykah Badu blended with the soulful jazzy sounds of Phyllis Hyman and Sade. Her music relaxes the body and soul as she embarks the listener on a lyrical journey of storytelling that encourages the listener in every aspect of life.
