Hello World! My name is Brandon aka Murray. I was born in sunny San Diego, CA on October 3rd 1987. I grew up surfing and playing baseball. Music didn't enter into my life until my dads job changed and my parents decided to move to Newcastle, CA just outside of Sacramento, CA. I felt like the odd man out, it was a very small town where everyone knew everyone so being the new kid was tough but there was one thing that let me escape and that was Music. I consider myself a poet, my lyrics aren't like the lyrics you hear on the radio today. I try and tell stories and let people feel how I am feeling as I writing the song. My biggest influence was Tupac Amaru Shakur, his poetry and the passion he spoke in his words inspires me to do the same thing with my lyrics. My producer I work with is my best friend formally known as KC Beats. He has help me throught my music career thus far he's been there to see me achive some of my personal goals and has picked me up when I was at my lowest. I hope you enjoy my music.
