Not striving for content alone, Nicks melodies and harmonies flow throughout the emotion of his lyrics and strive to capture reality in each song. He is backed in the studio and at occasional live performances by acoustic guitarist, and co-writer of several songs, Daniel Holsey. Dan's unique skill and intuitive composition on guitar provide a warmth and richness to Nick's music that is crucial to it's sound and feel.A Denver native and life-long musician, Nick has played at coffee houses and small venues in the metro area. Self taught, his skills on the piano are, in his words, "functional for providing me some back-up to sing over", and calls Daniel's guitars "skilled and crucial" to the sound of his music. Nick has taken a hiatus from live performance to focus on writing and recording his forthcoming album, All the Girls. He has performed live with many prominent musicians including Jonathan Zach, a singer/songwriter of note from Lincoln, Nebraska.Released in November 2007, Nick's debut album, All the Girls, is the culmination of a lifetime of writing.
