Christopher E.Veney Jr., was born July 22, 1982 in Bridgeton, NJ. Chris was raised by his grandmother while his mother finished school and father served in the service. As his father became a well known DJ, Chris became exposed to all types of music and began to gain a fancy for rapping. Chris started to write rhymes to pursue a career. Chris also started to take on another skill of producing beats, which sparked, the first day his step father brought home a keyboard and beat machine. Chris later linked up with an old friend from his neighborhood that also showed interest in the same dreams and vision. The two became "The go to Production duo," of their home town, as many aspiring artist came to the studio for the hottest beats. Writing rhymes was still a fancy but now young Chris became popularly known for his skilled talent in producing. Still perfecting both talents, Chris soon teamed up with another young ambitious artist that was a regular in the studio. They then formed the rap duo H.O.F. (Hall of Famerz). The two went on to create a buzz in their area with the help of local radio interviews, stage shows, and hand to hand CD sells of their music on the streets. Chris produce an independent album, "My Life, My Story, My Song," in 2003. Chris managed to juggle two jobs to support his 4 children and his music. Chris has performed for many crowds from 2005 to present date, big and small, from Jersey, Philly, NYC, ATL, Miami, and back. At the pace he's moving this year, with his own recording studio that produced the new mix-tape, "Rocking With The Best Vol.1 & 2," three music videos on Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, and twitter, with an album & 3rd mix-tape in the works, Pooda Peso is sure to make his mark in this game.
