Octaine (Real Name: Octavious Roscoe Williams) is an American rapper. Born and raised in Washington, DC. He is perhaps best known for his mixed tapes "Flight 2010" and "Virtuoso" released in 2009 and 2010 respectively. The first official single from his upcoming LP is titled "Skatin," now available on itunes.
