OFF is an Iranian rock/metal band from the underground music scene of Tehran. The band has been formed by Farbod A in 2007 and has released its debut album “FAKE OFF” in 2010 on iTunes and other online music stores. “FAKE OFF” has an original style focusing on heavy metal with lyrics in Persian, along with interludes with spoken/folk style passages. It also contains ballads like Shadow and Never. The band is now working on its new album “The Melancholic Sound of That Laughter” and has a new member, a female vocalist. The new album is in English and contains more ballads. It will be released in 2013.
