Of the Wreckage is a technical death metal band, formed in early May of 2009. Started by drummer Miguel Nunez and guitarist Christian Martinez; shortly after joined by vocalist Bryan Toledo and bassist Matt Chiraboga, the band has hit the ground running, making pure death metal. Hailing from Central Florida, the band was brought up on many musical influences spanning from Morbid Angel, Cannibel Corpse and Pantera to The Black Dahlia Murder, Dillinger Escape Plan, lamb of God, and many others....

Refusing to conform to the ever-growing hardcore scene in Florida, Of the Wrekage has chosen to stick to their guns and make what they love. Filled with crushing guitar riffs, hammering drums, thunderous bass, and menacing vocals, Of the Wreckage comes together to create music that will destroy all that lie in its path. Of the Wreckage is out to show the masses what true metal is all about... They are currently finishing their Debute EP "Ossiriand", at MC7Records. "Ossiriand" is to be released in September.
