Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, 25 years ago, I first fell in love with Hip Hop when I was 10. I've been rapping and producing since 1995. I'm currently in school with concrete plans to attend college in the near future. My immediate goals are to complete college while continuing to gain knowledge in the Recording Industry as a rap artist or producer. My ultimate dream is to have my own label (Bonafide Hustle Entertainment) to become a household name. During the last 5 years I have produced numerous artist in the Rap and R&B genre. I've done production for 55 different artist in the last four years where I engineered and mixed down all tracks. With music posted all over the internet, I have started a virtual resume that should prove to be extremely competitive for those seeking the talent of an up and coming artist/producer. A few of my accomplishments includes having Garageband.com featured my work twice as the "Track of the Day" in the Rap/Hip Hop category. (December 17th, 30th of 2003 & January 16th of 2004). In addition, I received 500 hits a month on Mp3.com. In July of 2002 I accepted an invitation to attend the American Music Search Convention in Chicago, IL. In 2004 Young Tay was considered by the TONOS.com council (Rodney Jerkins, Babyface, and Sir George Martin) to have a track sent over to MTV for a entrie in a Making the band oppurtunity to have a instrumental played during a episode but was unsuccessful. Also is a featured on MusicPlacements.com as a upcoming producer in the industry. Knowing that nothing substitutes experience, I have done numerous shows at block parties and clubs where Ive logged hundreds of hours of hands on experience in the industry. My most memorable moment to date was opening for the legendary Too Short.
