Experiencing the presence of God through worship and praise for the Father has always been the heart cry of Ose for as long as she can remember. Her music transcends cultures, because wherever she goes, her music reveals the heart of God. Her never-ending pursuit for the church to focus on their love for God has given her a mandate-not just to sing, but to minister to those she meets.
Before praise and worship was "popular", many churches called it "Devotional Service". As a teenager, Ose joined the praise and worship team at her church, Mt. Olivet Gospel Church. Here lied a turning point in her life. "It was a Sunday morning service, and we were singing the song, 'Fill my cup Lord, I lift it up Lord...'. The presence of the Lord was song strong, that I crumbled to the floor weeping. The whole church went into worship like I'd had never seen before. It wasn't the song; it was worship that brought about brokenness-amazing, overwhelming brokenness."
She later became a worship leader, a choir director, and eventually a Minister of Music. In College, Ose served as choir director at church and school as well as the President of a Christian club at York College in Jamaica NY. She also earned her certificate in biblical studies at the age of sixteen and graduated from Bethel Bible Institute with an Evangelism certificate. She has also taught a Praise and Worship Course with Mt. Olivet School of Ministry, an affiliate with Oral Roberts University. She serves as both Psalmist and Evangelist to touch thousands of lives through her dynamic communication of the gospel through song.
Ose's desire is for the reality of God's presence to be made known to everyone she comes across. Her ministry times are not the "run of the mill" performances designed to entertain. She even avoids calling them concerts and entitles them "Times of Worship" which serves as a time of healing and renewal. No matter how large or small the audience, there is a definite feeling of intimacy. It is as though she is singing to an "audience of One" and those gathered are simply encouraged to join in. When asked why she insisted on creating this type of atmosphere at her services she said, "When you create an atmosphere of worship, worship to the Father, your one true Love, He manifests Himself. When you make Him the focus, and love on Him enough to where nothing else matters, He shows you His heart."
As a Worship Leader, mother and businesswoman, Ose is forging ahead to win the world, as well as the church to Christ. She is working on a Worship CD called "We Cry Holy" with original songs that will grip the hearts of those who listen. She is also the co-founder of NiOse Communications Company, Eternal Word Publishing. She resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her husband, Niral, and two children, Niral II and Thomas.
