Hailing from Austin,TX.,Scipio"treakyscip" Muscogo has witnessed the birth of hip hop as we know it.Born in '79,I had a wide variety of music to listen to covering many different genres.I started D.J.ing at a local non-profit radio station doing the Teen Scene('92-'96),unbeknownst to the station manager that i was only 12(not quite a teen but i was big for my age! lol).I was invited to do an access T.V. show(Teen Scene,Sounds of Soul - Tandi Prod.)and was given the opportunity to learn television equipment in theory and practice.I continued doing access T.V. until about 2001(Magic Video,Rapp Traxx,Latin Groove)at that time i had done every thing from cameras and floor managing,to audio and vtr's,to technical directing and finally hosting.I began my music career at age 15 when connecting with Austin rapper NOOK at high school.i was a rapper for a few tears, but my D.J.ing background pushed me toward wanting to create the music.I'm a universal music listener,East Coast,Cali Style,Midwest,Texas Funk,Atl and Miami Crunk,Spoken Word/poetry,Soul,80's R&B and Pop,Blues,Jazz,AND Soundscapes.All of these things have influenced my music heavily over the last 12 years.As of lately I've been selling mainly Hip-Hop and R&B music with aspirations of doing movie and video game scoring,commercial music,or documentary talk-over music.
