Outraze are a rock’n’roll band from Banbury-(Oxfordshire) inspired by the legends of the last 50 years including The Who, Beatles, Oasis, Stone Roses, Rolling Stones, BRMC and loads more. Outraze are a rock’n’roll band from Banbury-(Oxfordshire) inspired by the legends of the last 50 years including The Who, Beatles, Oasis, Stone Roses, Rolling Stones, BRMC and loads more. Having recently signed with HTT Records - a small indie label from Stratford-on-Avon they spent the first half of 2008 on tour playing venues such as The Clapham Grand, The Cavern Club, The Borderline, Nottinghill Arts Club, Oxford Carling Academy & Camden Barfly. The band then took a few months out in the summer of 2008 to record the debut EP at Woodbine Studios in Leamington Spa with producer John Rivers who has worked with the likes of Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller & The Specials. Since then Radio 1’s Edith Bowman has added her favourite Outraze track ‘Under The Influence’ to her playlist, they’ve have had radio play on BBC 6 Music with Gary Crowley and air play on XFM, independent stations and University stations all around the country. The band also appeared on Ditto Music - Red TV (Sky 180) hosted by Kerrang’s Emma Scott Following on from the release of the Single and EP, Outraze will be getting back on the road again early in 2009
