Born in Graz, Austria, in 1980, Peter Bruenner studied Journalism and Film in Vienna, Stockholm, and London. In 2000 he made his first short film The Muehlgraben Project. His next project Reflection was shot on 16mm and premiered at the Aarhus Festival of Independent Arts in Denmark. His second semester project Loman's Tale premiered at the USA Film Festival in Dallas, and was screened at numerous other international festivals.
