Born in Virginia, raised in PG County, MD, Pois’ N Ivy, was destined for entertainment from the start. At the early age of 8, Ivy was considered a tomboy, free styling with the guys from around the neighborhood. Although she was equally blessed with a singing voice at that age, P. Ivy realized that singing was just not her passion. As a child she displayed a strong natural talent and passion for so many different things such as dancing, sports, lyricism, music, and even English, which all clearly contributed to the entertainer that she has become today.
Growing up and going through the regular turmoil’s of adolescence, the stress of a rough area, and losing peers everyday has impacted Pois’ N Ivy, giving her that raw edge and street savvy that makes her stand out. She can come at you in so many ways, the tough girl around the way, the “wifey” type, the party girl, and so much more. Starting her serious music career with a group, Pois'N Ivy has had many accomplishments, with the group as well as on her solo career. From being featured in Musician Minds Magazine, with the group, to countless shows in VA to ATL, writing music for various artist, countless features, and even radio intros for radio personalities such as Ill Will and II Face the " Wild Boy", Pois'N Ivy continues to grind and impress all that she comes across.
