My Journey Road, P.R.E.A.C.H. I was born Erik Alex Bothazy, January of 85, in Oradea, Romania. Both my parents have done everything possible, to raise a son to be the best person that he can be. My journey began when my family immigrated to the United States, in September of 1991. We had hopes for a better future. We arrived, with a mere fifty dollars in our pockets, two suitcases, and a drawing, that my father had since, he was in his early 20’s. St.Louis was the melting pot we were placed in. It was a struggle at first for both my parents, and myself. Learning new customs and engaging in a new language was a daily challenge. Hip Hop was introduced to me at the age of 7 or 8. I could barely speak a word of English but I could sing along with a song. I adapted to my new world, realizing music was my calling. One of my major influences that compelled me to pursue music, was a group from Cleveland, Ohio, Bone Thugs N Harmony. I wrote my first rhyme at age 12, there was no turning back. As I grew older, my style started to form. People have always credited me for my quick and clean delivery. I recorded my first record at the age of fifteen. Word spread throughout the Southside that there was this Romanian kid who could tongue twist. My music grew and my style sharpened. My vocabulary increased allowing me to express my thoughts and emphasize my visions. A childhood friend and I started the Wet Grimlinz in the winter of 2004. This jump started my career and confidence, my music was being heard. The group recorded five albums in a short time before things came to a halt. Now, my music has taken another chapter. Expect the Unexpected is my first solo release in two years. I guarantee a sound that is creatively unique. This album shows how I have matured as a person and as an artist. Most of all it brings a unique style, my style, and Romanian culture to the RAP industry . I want to captivate my fans, with this style unleashed on this new album. I thank all those, that have been there for me with support and loyalty, without you, there would be no P.R.E.A.C.H. I push as hard I can, with the support of my fans and God’s Blessing, I introduce: Expect the UnXpected. “Don’t stop rappin til the flame goes out” L.C.H. Erik Bothazy P.R.E.A.C.H. (Peacefully. Respect. Everyone. Amongst. Continuous. Hate.)
