He moved around the country and overseas with his father being in the military and finally settled down in Dallas, TX. Primo Mike was always into Hip Hop and R&B since 1991. He started playing the keyboard and quickly started writing lyrics to his beats. At the age of 17, he had his first performance in a talent show in Germany. Since then, he made a rap group in Germany called "Rated X". The group obtained a manager and started playing in clubs and other talent contests winning a Star Search talent show. Primo Mike produces his own music, writes his own lyrics, records, edits and mixes his own music. All of his music is original and contains unique styles from around the country.
