About Minerva
Minerva is Victoria Uthaug (singer, songwriter), Kenneth Eknes (organs), Jarle Nilssen(guitar), Joar Myhre (guitar), Lars Hvalby (Bass) and Andy Deville(drums). Minerva is produced by Celsius,for Celsius Recording, Norway. They started recording one year ago, after Victoria spent several years of songwriting. Never the less, Minerva has already spent a segnificant amount of time in the studio,and the tracks has allready recieved airtime in Norway. The band is hoping to have the first album finished by christmas 2008. They have finished their first musicvideo wich was made by students at Gjøvik Høgskole, Norway. The same song was nominated for "the best song of the year" 2007 at www.norskmusikk.org Minerva has new bandmembers now; Kenneth Myrhe on organs and Andy Deville on drums. Now they are planning their next video, "My solitude" and they have just started to play Live! !! And after Christmas Minerva is going to play a lot of concerts! In Norway and England for starters...
