PMS (Psycho Mad Sally) is a rocking independent grunge gypsy punk, like nothing and everything you've heard before. PMS was born out of many nights of head-aches, beer-sweats, obscure inspirations and observing musical gatherings on local stages. PMS has all the intentions to become a target for public attention. PMS are fast and we are furious and we are creating the future every day bit by bit. PMS are constantly working on new material booking shows and engaging in new endeavors. Determined to impress, not depress. Formed in 2010 as a collaboration between Sasha Nevskaya(slam poet, writer ,actor ,model) and Rock'n Roller Andrei Sin (ex: CJ SLEEZ, and THE GRAVEYARD JUNKEYS (horror punk)), that turned into a full time band.In 2011 have released their first self produced EP, entitled 30 DAYS (to pay the rent). The title reflects the low budget production of the first EP and the struggles of everyday life, trying to make ends meet between shows, band practices, and alcoholic nights and family/ friends drama.Most recently PMS have completed a new line up with Shane Neptune-bass (ex. The Dank ) and Andrzej S.– violin, both well accomplished musician in the Toronto scene.
