She was born February 25th, 1982 in the suburbs of Long Island, New York. Since the tender age of 4 the Lord has truly nurtured and annointed her voice to sing his praises, Now at the age of 31 she would like to share her gift with the world! LILLIAN "QUEEN" Toon is an accomplished singer who has received credits for singing on the Jagged Edge Christmas Cd for their children's foundation (associated with the 581 music group), She has also been in many stage productions since the age of 8, performed for the State of New York Cultural Affairs Department in Stonybrook, New York in various theatrical works and most recently a stageplay entitled "Ebony Eyes", where she also recorded the theme song. Mrs. Boateng also danced with the Vennettes Cultural Workshop when she was younger. MRS. Toon born Lillian Calvin has been delivered through many challenges and gives praise and hommage to the Lord through her song and daily walk. He has inspired her to take her blessing and gift and share it with the world! MRS. Room's debut album is entitled NYANSAPO: POURING OUT MY SOUL. The cd project is a mixture of poetry, r&b, neosoul, and gospel mixed in with a little soft rock, a crossover blend. All parts and genres of her music and lyrics are inspired by the situations and life experiences that God has allowed Lillian "Queen Oni" Boateng to be delivered through.
