Resando is the feeling of regret and sadness that comes after waking up from a pleasurable dream that one wishes to have been real. A bit like the feeling we get when, after being immersed in the listening of an amazing song, it ends and we are brusquely brought back to reality. With lyrics intensely depictive of love, lust and the dark recklessness of the human soul, the band's songs wrap the listener in a storm of electronic beats, in-your-face guitars and bold orchestrations. The raving reviews that followed Resando's original self titled demo (recorded in 2007) already stressed how the band could take the best from the likes of Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails, without sacrificing a recognizable trademark that made them more than just wannabes. In 2009 the band recorded a first full length album, titled Secrets, which pushes their sound to the extremes, blending electronics and atmosphere in a manner you've never heard before. The album is set to be released in 2010 on Copro Records/Casket Music TIMELINE • 2005: Resando were born in the dirtiest corners of Italian industrial suburbs. • 2007: release of the first promotional demo. • 2008, 2009: the band performs over 100 gigs all over the north of Italy, sharing the stage with both national and international acts culminating in the participation to Italia Wave Festival alongside Placebo, Pure Reason Revolution, Aphex Twins, Kraftwerk. • 2009: the band record their first full length album, titled Secrets. • 2010: release of the debut album “Secrets” on Copro Records/Casket Music.
