R.H.S is a diverse group of three female MC's based out of Richmond, California. The members include TipShep, Yung Dugg and Hoody F. Past performances include the Bench Bar in Oakland and the Rainbow Room in Hayward. They also performed at this year's 2008 SF Pride in front of 6,000 supporters. R.H.S is a diverse group of three female MC's based out of Richmond, California. The members include TipShep, Yung Dugg and Hoody F. Past performances include the Bench Bar in Oakland and the Rainbow Room in Hayward. They also performed at this year's 2008 SF Pride in front of 6,000 supporters. As commonly seen in the news, Richmond has been plagued with many homicides. Many of these murders have been the result of violence between different neighborhoods i.e. sets. Though the members of RHS identify with different sets within their own hometown, they have been able to unite and create something positive through music. The inspiration for many of their songs is taken directly from their environment and what they have witnessed. RHS is committed to breaking the barriers that many female rappers face in the mainstream music industry. RHS hopes to become representatives for other up and coming female MC's who do not fit the "industry mold"--and at the same time make great music for the community. R.H.S.
