My first name was taken from a character in a show my mother use to watch before I was born because she didn’t want to name me after my father. My father was a pimp and drug dealer who currently has over 25 kids. Most of the boy’s or named Robert and girls or named Robyn. Rip Thuggery was given to me from being involved in a gang in St. Louis, MO. My life as a youth was like the Boys N the Hood movie in that it was a lot of gang violence and murders around me. I attended between 9-12 schools before my family moved to Chicago Heights, IL and finally had some stability.  Thru out all of the movement and negativity in my life I was always looked at as the one in my family who was different. Even though I was involved in a gang I managed to keep good grades and hardly ever attracted attention from my mother. She didn’t know what I was doing because she worked tirelessly to provide for us. The way my mother and grandmother worked inspired me to someday want to become an entrepreneur. I’ve been out of school for 11 years and only had to work 4 years for someone else. I currently have an album out on iTunes called No Sleep Til Heaven that I wrote, mixed, and mastered myself. No Sleep Til Heaven has sold over 30'000 records and it's all independent. I started my own company Deadline LLC which is an entertainment company that manage, record, and release musical works.
