Rusted Valor

Formed in 2009 by two school friends Bob “The Metal Man” Schubert (lead guitar) and Russ Hofelzer (rhythm guitar). Rusted Valor’s current five-piece metal outfit began as a brother-like bond, and a passion for music. Amidst the addition of Jarred Blackstone (vocals), David Miller (bass) and Domenic Icaboni (drums), the possibilities of a once “out of reach” dream, became a sober and powerful reality. Scandinavian Metal bands “Kalmah”, “Children of Bodom”, “Wintersun” and the like, motivated the solid musical vision these five would follow, leading to a musical style known as “Melodic Death Metal”. After the bands release of various demos, Rusted Valor ranked #1 on Toxic Radio with over 11,000 votes, were voted 4th in the world for new metal bands in their genre on Ourstage and had been offered record/distribution deals in Japan, Europe and South America. Currently Rusted Valor has been preparing for the release of their debut full-length titled “Forging an Empire”.
