Born in Chicago, IL. Scot Phre has played out locally in the metropolitan tri-state area for a good number of years. In the 80’s Scot was the band “Siren” lead guitarist and front man. In the 90’s he was the band “Borderline Blues” front man along with Carl Davis on lead guitar & the bands utility man switching from guitar, to B3, and blues harp.
