As of early 2009, SCOTT ROCCO, otherwise known as "SCOTTYROCK," has embarked on a solo career as a promising singer/songwriter. In early, 2010, Scott released his self titled, EP album, "SEVEN DAYS." Since then, he has been playing acoustically at various venues in NJ, NY and now Austin, Texas developing a fan base that continues to grow weekly. His endless search for optimism and hope is evident in every chord he strikes as well as every note that is belted from his strong tenor yet tender voice. In addition to his solo career, Scott's band, "DAYSAFTER" has performed since 2003 in various NYC/NJ venues. The most popular to date, before it shut down, was the legendary CBGB's, having the honor of playing a show with a candle vigil outside of the venue for the late JOEY RAMONE. In 2008 they became part of a drunk driving prevention campaign called, New Jersey rockers for life raising awareness through a compilation C.D. distributed by Illumina Records, stationed in Boston, Massachusetts. Scott - " As long as I continue to inspire and motivate people with both music and movies... whether I make them laugh, smile or reignite something in their soul that may have been put out... then I've done my job." Coach Eric Taylor "CLEAR EYES... FULL HEARTS... CAN'T LOSE!" www.myspace.com/scottyrock11
