The source of his music is a life fraught with difficulties but also filled with facing, meeting and defeating challenges. “It is really difficult to express simply,” according to See J Slim. “I will just say that I have lived every word that I speak. I have had some very difficult situations to deal with in life and my music reflects the way that h as made me feel.” Slim pours the hard truths of life as well as frank expressions of his feelings about it into his music. The Artist at Work Besides work on his own music, Play-boy See J Slim has produced tracks for Gator Pit Records artists such as Buddy Row, Fritz Bravo, Chill and Gator himself. Slim is the owner and CEO of Seven Five Music Productions. He’s got tour plans in the works and has recently completed not one but two albums, both set for January release. Following closely on the heels of those releases will be a pair of mixtapes.
