Hey, whats up everyone? So we're Seven Second Delay, a pop punk band from Freehold, NY. We started back in 07 and still going strong! We released an EP last year called No Excuses. You can buy that EP on this site. We have plans to record a new full length album in the near future with about 10 songs on it. So stay tuned for some big news very soon!
