billythekid is originally from canton ohio''The Hall of Fame City''...a father of 3,a devoted husband,and a thankful son of great parents...born in 1979 at massillon hospital at 9:11 in the morning..grew up when hip-hop was just coming out..so he has a real passion,for the love of his music..at first it was just freestylin and writing 16's on paper....as a teenager,he lost focus as an artist,and started selling drugs,gangbangin,and partied with the best of em'...didn't get thru school and was locked up in juvy,for a big portion of time...then he tried to get his life in order when he turned of age,but sellin and gangbangin did not leave him easy...up untill he was 23 years old he was living atta fast pace..but then his 1st born was here,a lil' girl,with his fist baby's mother...he slowed down then,realized he still had the talent to write,and has been writing his music ever since..but then ended up being in a bad relationship,with his daughter's mom..he had left and went on his own untill he met his true love,and she actually seen the talent billythekid had...went out and got a beat machine and a 4track tape recorder,and gave it to billy ta see what he can do with it....it flipped a big trigger in billy's head,and has moved to bigger and better studio equipment and is still in the progress,polishing his art...he is all the way with this,it is his fulltime job,besides trin' to be a good father to his children...he records alot of local talent where he is from,and is getting very known...now that he is focused on his life more,and settled down from actin' wild,u will here billythekid's life in his music...he is a very truthful,loyal and a dedicated individual,that believes that the sky is the limit,and he promises to never quit at this,because he has givin' up on alot in his life...he believes this is truly his calling from the GOOD LORD ABOVE..u will here a variety of different sounds from billythekid..he has been judged all of his life and now he loves when people give him oppinions...he uses their thoughts to mold his arts...so thank you very much for all support,and he hope's you enjoy his music...you can also join his myspace at...myspace.com/staygrindinproductions thank you and may God Bless Every1
