I am a singer/songwriter influenced by 70's rock anD soul and 80/90 art rock. Although I play acoustic guitar I did not listen to much acoustic till later in my musiacal journey. Bands like the Police,Bad Brains,Sugarcubes,Smiths, Alice in Chains etc. My favorite singer/songwriters are Maria Mckee and Joni Mitchel. Once i got into alternative music there was no going back. Of course now the "alternative" label may not be so in,but people are still making music that is not mainstream sounding ...

Of course now the "alternative" label may not be so in,but people are still making music that is not mainstream sounding and in my opinion very creative. I try to be creative in my music as well I always want to come up with something that is a bit of a progression from my past efforts,Growth is a big deal in my music and my life. So that is what I end writing about.
