He is a combination of characteristic traits that are attributed to his sign; intellectual, adaptable, flexible, restless and sometimes irresponsible. His rap style is smooth and gansta but his demeanor is calm and optimistic. Shyst has a drive to succeed and his drive is evident in his rhymes and his devotion to hip-hop. Ever since he could remember,he has always had a love for music which he believes he inherited from his birth mom, who was always singing and dancing to the lastest hits. At a young age he remembers spitting out rhymes while listening to L.L. on the radio and could imagine himself on stage performing for his audience. His birth mom has been his inspiration although they have not always been together. At the age of five Shyst was adopted and moved to Coney Island. Along with his new family he eventually moved again to North Carolina where he attended school. After a period of time, he returned to the Bronx where he now resides. He is street savy because of his life experiences, but credits his adoptive parents with teaching him about the love of God; love of self and respect for others. He's a guy who always tries to do the right thing. " I feel that I am an entertainer who needs to be seen and heard.
